Return of the WWF?

I remember reading an article a few months ago (on this site) that said World Wrestling Entertainment was seriously looking into re-acquiring the rights to the "WWF" mantra. Can anybody give me an update on this?

i recall reading about that on some other site, the logic behind would be that they wouldn't have to digitize old attitude videos no longer thus saving more time and effort, so they can flog more of the attitude era shows on DVD.

i like the old wwf logo. it just dits more, and plus the wrestlers were all better back then

Not Only HBK was on fire....but thee entire Federation was unstoppable. Alot of people think the gimmicks back then corny, but it is what made wrestling what it is today. We cant take anything away from the tatanka's, The Earthquakes, The Million Dollar Man, Mach Man, Jake the Snake Roberts, Honky Tonk Man, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, The Legion Of Doom, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Mr. Perfect, The Narcassist Lex Luger, Doink The clown, Yokozuna, Bam Bam, The Big Boss Man and Many many more.
