Is Michael Vick A Bust?

If Vick never plays another down in the NFL, ........which many officials and fans alike believe is a legitimate possibility..............., then would it be safe to call Vick a bust?
I think it is..............because honestly he hasn't been that impressive. ........Sure he had a bunch of highlight scrambles but other than that he has been a bad passer and hasn't made serious noise in the playoffs...... Not only that............ but if he never plays again, he basically has left his team in a mess with a bad quarterback.
So, what do you guys think?

hes not because he sold a lot of merch. he was number 1 in the league @ 1 point in jersey sales.

he is because he never did anything in the playoffs. and only went, 2 times?

and he is because he let off field issues get the better of him

NOOO! I deffinately don't think you could call him a bust...last year alone he rushed for over 1000 yards and passed for almost 2500... i think it was something like that!
